MEMORANDUM

This document serves to provide clients and drivers of Nada Bus Inc. with guidance for prevention of contagious illnesses. As a small business, we continue to be conscious of the health and well-bring of persons on a global level from any illnesses known by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and/or Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Although there are no known cases of illnesses at Nada Bus Inc., we are responsible to remain our active stance in preventing the spread of any illnesses. The following outlines our protective measures:

Customer and Driver Protection

Customer and Driver Protection In order to optimize our cleanliness of our vehicles for sanitary reasons, we have a personal employee that work graveyard shifts to clean and sanitize each of our vehicles overnight so that they are free of contamination and are up and running for the next business day. We continue to collaborate with the general public in following safety precautions for health and wellness. Nada Bus Inc. provides an advanced hand sanitizer that kills more than 99.99% of common germs at the entrance of each vehicles for clients who enter and exit the vehicle each time. Each vehicle driver is also provided with disinfectant spray so that the interior of the vehicle is sanitized at all times. Furthermore, most of our drivers (especially long-distance drivers) are CPR/First Aid certified. These drivers particularly face unique challenges due to potentially providing emergency medical treatment for ill persons. Therefore, they are required to take extra precautions to disinfect their vehicles while on duty. Detailing the following areas are paid special attention:
  • Hand rails for entering and exiting the vehicle
  • Arm and head rests
  • Driver steering wheels
  • Dash area
  • Window sills
  • Restroom door handles and hand rails
  • Air-borne germ-killing spray inside the vehicle
  • Baggage door handles interior/exterior
  • Advanced Hand Sanitizer available on vehicle operator and passenger usage
Although the cause of symptoms of a certain illness for each persons may be unknown, if a passenger or driver starts to show any symptoms of being ill, the driver will notify dispatch immediately in protection of surrounding passengers and our drivers determined by a case-by-case basis. Seating Arrangement

** Two seats in the first row for Motor Coach, two seats in the first row for Mini Bus are not available as passenger seats to take social distance between passengers and driver for safer travel. ** We appreciate your decision to have any kind of social distancing passengers. ** Please refrain to use restroom, microphone, and other shared things, if possible.
